In 1993 the south gained an amazing chef. As the years went by, Mike worked in several kitchens. Not feeling fully satisfied working for others, Mike started exploring his own recipes. Mike created a chicken salad that was above and beyond. for years he served this chicken salad to family and friends. With them constantly telling him to sell to the public, he finally said he was ready. In 2020 during the height of the Covid pandemic, Mike opened Mike’s Chicken Salad. He now humbly serves his delicious chicken salad to the public.
